Review Monkey is a review management platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and route customer feedback. We provide tools for generating QR codes, managing reviews, and directing satisfied customers to public review platforms.
3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 One Account Per Business: Each business may register only one account unless otherwise authorized by us.

5.1 Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing.
5.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
5.3 Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.
6.1 Our IP: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Review Monkey and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEW MONKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Monkey from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10.1 By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
